BALI hOLiDaY Recaps <3

This is a very outdated post (I went to Bali about a month ago :P)

Yey, I'm back from Bali, the beautiful island of many temples... Bali is a place for you to enjoy the sun, highlands, breathtaking sunsets, agricultural land, fantastic beaches and so on. I like Bali a lot, if I can, I'll go back there again :D I think I like vacations more. I need more of them hehe...

I won't go lengthy on my trip, but just showing you guys the beautiful scenery and some local attractions.

You cant miss this stacked roofs of Balinese temples. It is everywhere and any sizes. I heard from my tour guide that every household will actually build their own temples, amazing. This pic was taken at Taman Ayun.

That's me and a row of stacked temple roofs :D

Next stop, one of the must visit site in Bali, temple by the lake, Pura Ulun Danau Bratan. Nice cool weather, I love it.

Another breathtaking scenery at Tanah Lot, an ideal place to watch the sunset, unfortunately it was cloudy that day, only caught a glimpse of sun covered by the clouds...

Barong Dance is one of the most famous Balinese traditional dance, this guy here is Barong I guess :P

In this picture you can see the villagers flocking the temple with offerings for the village ceremony. This is Bali's Mother Temple at Besakih, one of the earliest temples in Bali.

A random huge ancient tree shot at Elephant Cave...

We had late lunch at Dirty Duck Diner. They serves tasty fried duck, yummy!

Nusa Dua beach is one of the famous beaches in Bali other than Kuta beach.

Our final stop is at Uluwatu, also a picturesque place to watch beautiful sunset. Are you afraid of the high cliffs? I think they can even have some bungee jumping activity here :P But it's a holy place here, not sure if they allow such exhilarating activities there...

A shot of the sunset, captured with my digital camera only, not bad eh...

Finally, shots of some of the food we tasted on the island...

Favourite drink of all time, Avocado fruit juice mixed with cocoa powder :D

Local delicacies; Mee Ayam and Satay sticks. Forgotten to take a pic of the barbequed Corn layered with chili sauce... :(
